The Cavendish Select Board Meeting is on Monday, Feb. 12, 6:30 pm in the Cavendish Town Office. The agenda will be as follows:

1. Call the meeting to order

2. Act upon minutes of the meetings of January 8th, 11th, 18th, 23rd, 25th and 30th.

3. Sign Orders

5. Hear Citizens

6. Select Board to review and sign Mascoma Bank Promissory Note in the amount of $40,000 for a term of one year at an interest rate of 2.60 %.This amount represents tax refunds and credits as a result of the Castle Hill and Cavendish Pointe Hotel Condominiums appeals.

7. Select Board to begin preliminary discussion regarding summer paving projects.

8. Board to discuss potential parking of ‘Outer Limits Brewery’ that may fall in town right of way. Owner Wesley Tice will be present.

9. Select Board to consider request of Sarah Baitz to use the Proctorsville Green for a wedding on September 29th, 2018.

10. Town Manager to update Board on various Town Projects.

11. Select Board to consider Listers request to waive penalty assessed for late filed homestead declaration fro Parcel ID #2R04-016.
